• Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.


    How to Start a Return or Exchange

    1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal:
      https://vndi0q-1h.returnrabbit.app/login
    2. Enter the email address used for your order and your order number.
    3. Follow the prompts to select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and submit your request.
    4. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
    5. Package your item(s) securely and send them back to us.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.


    Exchanges

    If you're exchanging an item, we'll process your replacement as quickly as possible once your return is received and approved. You'll receive tracking information when your exchange ships.


    Defective Items or Order Issues

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
