NOT GOOD manifesto
AT NOT GOOD WE BELIEVE THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULDN'T.
When you spend a Saturday afternoon in (mostly) friendly competition, life’s pressures fall away. Getting a birdie is cool, but so is not twisting your ankle when you swing the driver. If you can kick up laughter, who cares if you can kick one past the goalie.
You’re not good — and not worried about it.
Our clothes are for two-star athletes living five-star lives — well, trying to. We celebrate swinging for the fences but grounding out to first, the perfect-spiral hail mary that gets intercepted, going for under-par but ending up over your head in a sand trap. We’re here to help you enjoy those Saturdays (or any days) a little more and take pride in those moments when you suddenly and oh-so-briefly touch the face of sporting greatness.
Or not. Just being here is the victory.

2% Better
We get it. The grind of chasing greatness is tough—and most of the time, it feels like we’re swinging for the fences and getting stuck with a base hit. But that doesn’t mean we can’t help the next generation of athletes get their shot at glory, even if it’s just a brief moment under the spotlight.
That’s why we created 2% Better—our program that donates 2% of every purchase to support the next generation of young athletes. We’re partnering with local organizations to fund youth sports programs, whether it’s helping provide new equipment for community centers or supplying uniforms for a team’s big game.
Because sports are about more than just the wins—they’re about learning, growing, and playing in a way that makes you feel like you’ve already crossed the finish line. And through 2% Better, we’re making sure these opportunities are available to those who need them most.
So, every time you grab a shirt, hoodie, or hat, you’re not just looking good—you’re doing good. Whether you’re on the field, on the couch, or somewhere in between, we’re all part of this journey together.
Keep swinging for the fences. With 2% Better, we’re here to make sure everyone gets a shot.
what's in a name
why "not good"

We’re two brothers who like playing sports but aren’t exactly the most gifted athletes in the world. We took a look at the sports apparel landscape and felt a little left out — going Beast Mode or striving for greatness just didn’t apply to us. Like most of the people we know, we just want to get out there, have fun, and not give a damn about our stats, so we created Not Good. Because your skill level shouldn’t determine your fun level.
